Our layaway plan is designed for people who wish to buy our products without using credit services or paying the full value of the product upfront.
How does it work?
• To reserve your favorite product, you must make an initial deposit of 20% of the total value. You can make the payment by transfer, deposit, PSE, or credit card.
• You can make payments for any amount you wish, without any interest.
• You have 60 calendar days (2 months) from the date of the first payment to pay the total amount of the product. After this time, the product will be released and only 50% will be refunded. Likewise, if you wish to cancel the order, only 50% of the amount you have paid will be refunded.
• Shipping will be arranged once the total value of your order has been paid.
• You can change the product you wish to purchase before shipping, either by color or reference, solely according to availability and product type. If your order is customized, you cannot make changes.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping time in Antioquia: between 1 and 3 business days after the order is placed and costs $8,900. And $9,900 for beds.
- National shipping time: between 2 and 7 business days depending on the carrier and costs $14,900. And $19,900 for beds.

Cash on delivery for all destinations: the same delivery time for each city and costs $18,900.
- We have a preparation time for your order of 1-2 business days after receiving it.
- If your order includes plates or laser engraving, it will take 3-10 additional days (in addition to shipping time).
- We work with COORDINADORA. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
- Remember that during peak seasons, delivery times may vary.
- Your shipping is FREE if your purchase is equal to or greater than $200,000. Does not apply to beds.
